Cloud Security Architect

We’re looking for a Cloud Security Architect for our consultancy client delivering a major cyber security transformation programme for a large financial services organisation. This is an initial 6 month contract paying between £600 to £750 per day Outside IR35.

The programme focuses on strengthening cloud security architecture across a large AWS and Azure environment while supporting the organisation’s broader cyber maturity roadmap.

This role allows remote working with occasional travel to London when required.

The successful Cloud Security Architect will possess proven skills working with the following:

• Designing secure cloud architectures across AWS and Azure environments

• Implementing cloud security controls aligned with NIST, ISO 27001 or CIS frameworks

• Supporting large cloud transformation or migration programmes

• Defining identity, access and network security models within cloud platforms

• Working closely with engineering and DevOps teams to embed security controls

• Producing architecture documentation, threat models and security design reviews

Experience within financial services, fintech or regulated environments would be beneficial.
