Job title: 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer Location: Aldgate Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 + Bonus + Benefits Start date: ASAP Working hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm

A globally renowned Insurance firm are looking for an 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide white glove support their growing user base. The 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer will have the chance to progress their career and work their way up the ladder within the organisation due to their progression opportunities.

They are seeking someone who has a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and is passionate about IT. The 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer will receive training and annual performance reviews.
