Responsibilities for the Full-Stack Developer:

• Design and implement robust front-end and back-end solutions to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all digital channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into effective web solutions, maintaining scalability and reliability
• Develop and maintain modules, APIs, and integrations to optimise website functionality and performance
• Champion accessibility and mobile-first design principles across all projects, ensuring compliance with modern standards and best practices
• Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and recommending improvements that enhance user experience and platform performance
• Support continuous integration, version control, and deployment strategies to maintain high-quality releases
• Engage with internal stakeholders to provide clear technical insights and deliver functional prototypes demonstrating proposed solutions

Essential Skills for the Full-Stack Developer:
