IT Support Engineer Salary: Up to £42,000 Benefits: 8% pension contribution, annual bonus, private healthcare, training and certifications are funded for. - Working in a team of 5
- Having 1 and 2 line responsibilities
- Managing and resolving typical tickets with customers and external contractors
- Office365 migration
- Tenant to tenant migration
Aside from typical day-to-day activities you would be involved in, what's also exciting about this IT Support Engineer role is the progression opportunities that are available. Whilst you may start working in 1 and 2 line, there is a clear path to being in 3 line and dealing with more complicated tickets, which is where you can show off your knowledge and expertise with IT and eventually find yourself in a management role.
