Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (S2F) Salary: Up to £95,000 + Bonus + Benefits Location: Nottingham - Remote with onsite travel once or twice per month & travel expenses covered Working Hours: 40 hours per weekA globally recognised organisation is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (S2F) to support a large scale Oracle Cloud transformation programme.

The role of Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (S2F) is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of omnichannel retail fulfilment by designing and standardising Store to Fulfil processes across Oracle Fusion Cloud. The Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (S2F) will work with senior business stakeholders to define future state operating models, optimise fulfilment capabilities and support a major retail transformation programme.

Responsibilities for the Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (S2F):

• Lead the design and standardisation of end to end Store to Fulfil processes
• Conduct fit gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle Fusion capabilities
• Develop functional designs, solution blueprints and future state process models
• Facilitate business workshops to define scalable omnichannel fulfilment processes
• Design inventory organisations, fulfilment locations, sourcing rules and shipping methods
• Define store fulfilment operating models, governance and service levels
• Collaborate with Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Digital teams
• Define integration requirements across Oracle Fusion, eCommerce platforms, POS, WMS and Oracle Integration Cloud
• Support master data readiness, migration planning and fulfilment configuration
• Identify programme risks, dependencies and transformation impacts

Essential Skills for the Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (S2F):

• Strong Oracle Fusion SCM functional consulting experience
• Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management and Inventory
• Strong understanding of Store to Fulfil and omnichannel fulfilment processes
• Experience with ship from store, click and collect and inventory visibility
• Experience delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programmes
• Strong knowledge of fulfilment orchestration, sourcing and shipping processes
• Experience conducting fit gap analysis and business process design workshops
• Experience producing functional specifications and solution documentation
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with POS, WMS and eCommerce platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Desirable Skills for the Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (S2F):

• Experience supporting data migration and master data alignment
• Retail transformation programme experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
