We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead to take ownership of reporting strategy, reporting delivery and stakeholder engagement across a major Oracle Fusion implementation. This Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead role is a high-profile position offering the opportunity to shape enterprise reporting capabilities across Oracle HCM, Payroll, ERP and SCM environments.

Working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams and technical specialists, you will lead the reporting workstream from requirements gathering through to delivery, ensuring reporting solutions support business decision-making, governance and long-term scalability.

Responsibilities for the Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead:

  • Lead and manage a reporting team across both onshore and offshore delivery functions
  • Define and deliver the Oracle Fusion reporting strategy across HCM, Payroll, ERP and SCM modules
  • Map existing reporting catalogues to Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather reporting requirements and align business expectations
  • Design scalable reporting solutions using Oracle reporting and analytics technologies
  • Act as the primary escalation point for reporting-related issues and delivery challenges
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure reporting requirements are embedded into wider programme delivery
  • Establish reporting governance standards and promote Oracle best practice
  • Provide regular reporting updates to programme leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify risks and dependencies across the reporting workstream and implement mitigation strategies

Essential Skills for the Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead:

  • Strong experience delivering reporting solutions within Oracle Fusion environments
  • Expertise across: OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, ERP Analytics, Fusion Data Intelligence
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL experience
  • Proven experience leading onshore and offshore teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion reporting governance and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Desirable Experience for the Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead:

  • Experience supporting large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programmes
  • Experience across multiple Oracle Fusion functional areas including HCM, Payroll, ERP and SCM
  • Previous consulting or systems integration experience
  • Experience developing enterprise reporting strategies and operating models
