The Role

A leading Central Government organisation is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join a cyber security-focused digital and technology programme. You will lead a cross-functional team delivering products and services supporting government cyber threat, vulnerability and incident management.

In this role, you will:

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering cyber security-focused digital products and services.
• Work closely with developers, architects and technical specialists to maintain delivery pace.
• Identify and remove blockers, manage priorities and understand team capacity.
• Work with senior stakeholders on progress, risks and delivery outcomes.
• Coach teams and embed effective Agile and Lean delivery practices.

About You

Experienced Senior Delivery Manager with a background in Government digital, technology or cyber security, ideally with exposure to threat, vulnerability or incident management. You will be confident leading multidisciplinary technical teams, managing senior stakeholders and delivering at pace.
