This Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant vacancy is a hands-on consulting role combining ServiceNow solution design, configuration, integrations and technical leadership. You will work directly with customers to understand requirements, define future state solutions and ensure consistent delivery while incorporating AI capabilities into workflows and business processes.
Responsibilities for the Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant: Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions using platform best practicesTranslate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories and solution designsLead customer workshops covering current state and future state processesProvide hands on technical leadership across ServiceNow configuration and integrationsReview and validate technical deliverables, testing and documentationGuide customers through technical decisions and platform best practicesIntegrate AI capabilities into workflows, customer solutions and decision making processesLead smaller projects and provide guidance to Technical and Associate Technical ConsultantsSupport delivery reporting across risks, actions and engagement progressEssential Skills & Experience for the Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant: Strong ServiceNow Professional Services or consulting experienceExtensive hands on experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutionsStrong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, workflows and integrationsExperience translating business requirements into technical solutionsStrong customer facing workshop and stakeholder management experienceExperience reviewing technical configuration, integrations, testing and documentationExperience incorporating AI into workflows, solutions or business processesAbility to independently lead technical delivery and resolve complex issuesExperience mentoring or supporting other ServiceNow consultantsDesirable Skills & Experience for the Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant: Additional ServiceNow certificationsStrong industry domain expertiseExperience across multiple concurrent ServiceNow engagementsExperience managing customer relationships and complex delivery challengesIf you are interested in the Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant position, please apply.
