Account Manager
π° up to Β£130,000 Base + Bonus
We are partnering with a leading risk technology / RegTech provider delivering advanced risk management software solutions to global banks and financial institutions.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager to manage and expand key tier 1 banking clients across the UK and Europe.
π― The Role
This is a strategic Account Management / Client Success position focused on:
- Managing enterprise banking relationships (Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks)
- Driving revenue growth, upsell and cross-sell across risk software solutions
- Acting as a trusted advisor across Risk, Compliance, Treasury and Technology stakeholders
- Owning complex, multi-stakeholder client environments
- Partnering with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to maximise client value
- Supporting long-term account strategy, retention and expansion

- Credit Risk / Market Risk / Liquidity Risk
- Regulatory Reporting (Basel III / IV, IFRS9, Stress Testing)
- Risk Analytics / Data Platforms
- SaaS / Cloud-based Risk Technology
π€ Requirements
- 8β12+ yearsβ experience in Account Management / Client Relationship Management within FinTech, Risk Technology, or Banking Software
- Strong experience managing large institutional banking clients
- Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling and revenue growth
- Deep understanding of:
- Banking risk functions
- Regulatory landscape (Basel, capital requirements, etc.)
- Financial services technology ecosystems
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders:
- CROs, Heads of Risk, Heads of Treasury, CIOs
