Head of Product (Treasury Management Software)
We’re hiring a Head of Product Management to lead the evolution of a next-generation treasury management platform at a fintech that’s scaling fast...and doing it properly.
With significant recent investment from major industry players, the business is entering a new phase: expanding product capability, deepening enterprise relationships, and redefining how corporates and financial institutions manage liquidity, cash, and risk.
This is not a “steady-state” product role.
This is a build, shape, and scale opportunity.
You’ll take full ownership of the treasury product suite. Setting direction, building a high-performing team, and delivering products that solve real-world complexity for CFOs, treasurers, and finance teams.
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for treasury and cash management solutions
- Lead and grow a product management function aligned to commercial and client outcomes
- Partner closely with engineering, sales, and clients to translate market needs into scalable solutions
- Drive innovation across liquidity management, payments, forecasting, and risk
- Represent the product externally with clients, partners, and at industry events
What We’re Looking For
This role is designed for someone who understands the nuance of treasury and can operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Proven experience in treasury management systems (TMS) or cash management platforms
- Strong product leadership background within fintech, SaaS, or financial technology
- Deep understanding of corporate treasury workflows, banking integrations, and liquidity management
- Track record of delivering complex products in regulated environments
- Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
