Product Marketing Manager - Capital Markets SaaS

Location: London (Hybrid)

Base Salary: Up to £110,000 base + bonus incentive scheme

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join a high-growth fintech that’s redefining efficiency and transparency across post-trade workflows. You’ll be at the centre of where product, sales, and market strategy meet—shaping how our solutions are presented to some of the most sophisticated clients in the financial industry.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SaaS products serving capital markets, with a focus on post-trade, operations, and middle-office clients.
  • Translate complex capabilities into compelling value propositions, messaging, and collateral that resonate with institutional audiences.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to define market positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
  • Own product launches—coordinating across teams to ensure consistent, high-impact communication and adoption.
  • Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and new opportunities within the post-trade ecosystem.
  • Equip the commercial team with tools, case studies, and insights to engage clients effectively.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in B2B product marketing for a SaaS provider , ideally within capital markets, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
  • Strong grasp of post-trade workflows , operational challenges, and how technology can transform them.
  • Excellent communicator who can distil technical concepts into powerful stories for both executive and operational audiences.
  • Commercially minded—able to connect marketing efforts to revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and confident working cross-functionally with product, sales, and client success teams.
