Sales & Account Manager – Fintech SaaS

The Opportunity

As a Sales & Account Manager, you’ll own relationships across leading investment platforms, banks, and wealth managers, helping them modernise their digital infrastructure.

You’ll combine strategic account growth with new business development, working alongside an exceptional product and delivery team to bring complex solutions to life.

  • Understands the B2B fintech ecosystem — operations, data, and technology around investment platforms, trading, and advice systems.
  • Thrives in relationship‐led enterprise sales, balancing technical credibility with commercial instinct.
  • Is motivated by working across long‐cycle, consultative sales processes rather than transactional SaaS.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing institutional clients (sell‐side and buy‐side).
  • Identify and close new business within wealth and investment firms adopting next‐generation platform technology.
  • Translate client challenges into business cases around data integration, digital transformation, and scalable investment operations.
  • Collaborate with internal solution, implementation, and marketing teams to drive growth.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, roundtables, and conferences across the UK and EMEA wealthtech landscape.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in fintech, wealthtech, investment infrastructure, or capital markets technology.
  • Track record managing senior relationships (C‐suite, product heads, distribution leads).
  • Confidence discussing SaaS models, API‐driven technology, and data connectivity.
  • Consultative approach, strong commercial acumen, and familiarity with long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Drive to contribute to a fast‐evolving business at the forefront of digital transformation in financial services.
