Sales Specialist (SaaS, Capital Markets)

About the Role

Join a fast-growing capital markets technology company selling mission-critical SaaS solutions to the buy-side and sell-side. As a Sales Specialist, you'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualifying leads through tailored demos, contract negotiation, and close - while building lasting relationships with institutional clients including asset managers, hedge funds, banks, and broker-dealers.

Why Join

  • Competitive base of up to £130,000 + uncapped commission / OTE
  • Hybrid working - Usual set up is 3 days in the London office, 2 remote.
  • Sell a differentiated, mission-critical product into a market that's actively buying
  • Clear path for career growth as the business scales across EMEA
  • Work alongside a team that knows capital markets deeply

This is a high-visibility, quota-carrying role for a consultative sales professional who understands how financial institutions actually buy: the procurement, compliance, and stakeholder dynamics that make capital markets sales a craft. You'll work at the intersection of fintech, enterprise SaaS, and financial services, partnering closely with product, marketing, and customer success to drive new business and expand existing accounts across the UK and wider EMEA region.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end B2B SaaS sales cycle - prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and close
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that translate complex capital markets technology into clear client value
  • Drive new business development while expanding and deepening existing institutional client relationships across UK and EMEA
  • Manage an accurate sales pipeline in CRM, with reliable forecasting and data-driven reporting

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of consistent B2B SaaS or capital markets technology sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success selling into financial institutions - buy-side and sell-side - with genuine familiarity with capital markets workflows (trading, risk, portfolio management, compliance, or related domains)
  • Strong consultative selling, pipeline management, and complex deal negotiation skills

If you have significant and unbroken track record within tech sales into Capital Markets we'd be really keen to speak to you. Apply now for a conversation about your experience and ambitions for your next role.
