Solutions Engineer - Crypto / Blockchain
An innovative and forward thinking fintech provider to the capital markets is looking for a talented Solutions Engineer to join its growing London team.
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge crypto and blockchain technology and some of the world's most sophisticated financial institutions. You will be the technical heartbeat of the sales process — translating complex product capability into compelling, credible solutions for tier one and tier two banks.
The Role:
- Own the technical pre-sales process end to end — from discovery through to proof of concept and close
- Work hand in hand with enterprise sales teams to engage technical and commercial stakeholders at major financial institutions
- Deliver world-class product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of banking and capital markets clients
- Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle
- Gather and translate client feedback into product insights for the engineering and product teams
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client workshops across London and internationally
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role within crypto, blockchain or financial technology
- Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, tokenisation, smart contracts or crypto market structure
- Strong grasp of how financial institutions operate — payments, custody, trading, settlement or capital markets workflows
- Ability to engage confidently with both highly technical engineering teams and senior commercial stakeholders
- Exceptional communicator — you can simplify the complex without losing credibility
- Experience building and delivering tailored product demonstrations and proof of concepts
- Comfortable working in a fast moving, high growth environment
