The Role

We're seeking an ambitious eFX Sales Director to expand our footprint across the UK and Europe. You'll own the regional sales strategy for our eFX platform suite — helping clients optimise execution, improve pricing, reduce risk, and modernise their trading workflows.

This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role for someone who understands market structure, electronic execution, and the real-world challenges facing FX trading desks.

Location

London (remote-friendly hybrid)

Frequent client interaction across the UK & EU.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive new business across buy-side, brokers, hedge funds, and non-bank liquidity providers
  • Build and manage a strategic pipeline for multi-product eFX solutions
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving trading, quant, risk, and technology stakeholders
  • Deliver high-impact demos and solution discussions alongside pre-sales and product teams
  • Develop account strategies aligned with client trading needs and market structure trends
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and FX trading forums
  • Provide customer insight to shape product roadmap and competitive positioning

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years selling eFX, electronic trading, execution, or market data technology
  • Experience at a FinTech vendor, trading platform provider, market infrastructure firm, or analytics vendor (no banking backgrounds for this role)
  • Deep understanding of FX market microstructure, liquidity, and electronic execution workflows
  • Strong network across European trading desks and technology buyers
  • Proven success managing strategic enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger for growth and a passion for electronic markets
