About the role…

We are seeking a detail driven and methodical Quality Assurance Tester to ensure the reliability, stability, and overall quality of Ipsum Live Assets (ILA) — our core asset management platform. This role focuses exclusively on manual functional testing, working closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to validate new features, identify defects, and ensure a consistently high quality user experience.

In this role, you will carry out structured manual testing, document and track defects, and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver accurate test coverage. You’ll validate changes before release, support regression testing, and contribute to improving QA processes and documentation — all with a strong focus on maintaining a seamless, high quality user journey.

As a Quality Assurance Tester you will …

Execute manual testing across web and mobile components, validating new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration updates before release.

Document clear, actionable defect reports and maintain a structured approach to regression testing and release readiness.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and Support teams to ensure requirements are understood, testable, and aligned with a quality first approach.

Participate in sprint ceremonies, workshops, and user story reviews, providing QA insight throughout the development lifecycle.

Map and understand end to end asset management workflows to ensure product reliability and contribute to ongoing improvements in QA processes and best practices.

Support investigation of customer reported issues, validate real world fixes, and help maintain stable, consistent workflows across the product suite.

Contribute to test documentation, acceptance criteria validation, release evidence, and user facing updates where relevant.

About you…

You have proven experience in manual QA or software testing, with a strong understanding of functional, regression, exploratory testing, and acceptance criteria. Familiar with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, you’re confident planning and executing test cycles and documenting clear, actionable defect reports. You bring a structured, detail driven approach, combining strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with Product, Engineering, and UX teams. Organised, proactive, and comfortable in fast paced environments, you balance speed and quality while continuously looking for ways to improve processes, enhance reliability, and support the delivery of a high quality user experience.
