Resource Planner 6-month FTCWatford (Office Based)6 Months FTC - 37 hours per weekThe VacancyAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resource Planner to join our client. This role is responsible for ensuring that their services are effectively resourced to meet customer needs, supporting the delivery of high-quality responsive housing services. This role is predominately office-based.Introduction to the roleThey provide vital services that help people to live better lives. Theyre looking for a full-time Resource Planner, their resource planning team, assisting in the delivery of their reactive maintenance, domestic service, and breakdowns.Role purposeThey are looking for a Resource Planner with the aim of taking on a fast-paced and integral role in the repairs department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised and values working as part of a team.Whats the role Key Accountabilities:Ensure a high standard of customer serviceTake responsibility for your key areaBe flexible and able to adapt to changeHave excellent time management skills for both you and their operativesEnjoy working at a fast pace alongside a brilliant and supportive teamWhat are they looking for You will be customer-focused, with the ability to interact empathetically with a wide variety of people.
