About the Role

From managing our Google Ads accounts across Text, Shopping, and Display, supporting SEO opportunities, and working with our agency partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Take the reins on our day-to-day Google Ads campaigns. You're the driver behind our paid search performance.
- Deliver insights that matter. You'll create regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) that help inform strategy and keep the wider team in the know.
- Tweak and fine-tune our product feed to get the best out of our Shopping campaigns.
- Dig deep into data. Run keyword research and analyse current PPC campaigns to unlock smarter performance.
- Manage it all alongside our Search Manager, from Text to Shopping to Display (and even programmatic partners), you'll keep our campaigns running.
- Spot opportunities before anyone else. Track campaign performance, identify new growth areas, and optimise to hit KPIs.
- Create standout content and ad copy.
- Keep an eye on the competition. Regularly run competitor analyses and auction insights to stay one step ahead.
- Stay up to date. Keep up with the latest trends and tech in both Paid and Organic Search.
- Own exciting projects. Take charge of ad hoc initiatives that make a real impact across the team and the wider business.
About You
- Proficiency in PPC platforms. Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Bing Ads.
- Experience with all Google campaign types, including Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Performance Max (ideally with an e-commerce focus).
- Analytical Skills. The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide actionable insights for all levels of an organisation.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Demonstrate alignment with our company culture.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Understanding of PPC conversion tracking including Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of wider digital marketing mix, including SEO.
