Senior Consultant - Digital Transformation (Cayman Islands) - Income Tax Free Salary
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our client’s Digital Transformation practice in the Cayman Islands. As a Senior Consultant in the Digital Transformation team, you will support digital transformation projects for public and private sector clients across a number of member firms. You will work closely with managers and senior leaders to implement strategies that modernize government operations, improve service delivery, and enhance efficiency. This role involves project coordination, stakeholder engagement, risk compliance, and supporting team development.
Main responsibilities include (list not exhaustive):
Digital Transformation Support:
- Assist in designing and implementing strategies for governance reform, operational efficiency, and citizen-centric services.
- Conduct research, analysis, and prepare reports to support transformation programs.
Project Coordination:
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
- Track deliverables, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Internal Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with the firm’s risk management and quality standards on all engagements.
- Maintain accurate records and follow firm methodologies.
Team Support & Development:
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Assist managers in resource planning and team coordination.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the Government & Public Sector across the member firm network.
- Lead proposal development, assist in client presentations, and contribute to growth strategies for the practice.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver progress reports to senior stakeholders.
- Apply best practices in program and project management (PMI, PRINCE2).
Learning & Development:
- Continuously develop technical and consulting skills through training and mentorship.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Please note that the job location is the Cayman Islands and would be an on-site role on a 2 year minimum contract (promotions and pay raises can occur during the contract). A relocation and work permit package would be provided.
The requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not essential in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management or a related field).
- 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation (ideally within a Big Four/Top 10 accountancy firm or management consulting firm, but other applicants will be considered).
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and data analytics tools.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are an asset.
