IT System Manager

The Role

We are seeking a System Manager to lead the implementation and optimisation of Ziniao, our new supply chain management system. This platform will integrate our Far East manufacturers, 3PL logistics partners, and online marketplaces to automate and streamline our operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee system integration, ensure seamless connectivity across multiple sales channels (Amazon, eBay, B&Q, OnBuy, TikTok Shop), and drive continuous improvement in our digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and configuration of the Ziniao ERP/supply chain management system.

• Integrate Ziniao with online marketplaces, 3PL providers, and internal systems.

• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.

• Provide training to other staff of the warehousing system Ecang WMS

• Automate data exchange across suppliers, warehouses, and sales platforms.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with system vendors for resolutions.

• Support internal teams with training, documentation, and process optimisation.

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through technology.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ERP or system integration (experience with platforms like NetSuite, SAP, or similar preferred).

• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, API integration, and supply chain workflows.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces.

• Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, or automation tools is advantageous.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiar with the above-mentioned ERP and WMS is preferred.
