As part of the Product Team the Delivery Manager will be key to the success of digital services and solutions for this educational focused charity. Working in an Agile environment the role will drive requirements, capture technical estimates and design, delivery, release and support for the development and enhancement and optimisation of products.
Core elements to the role
- Planning & Delivery Management, working closely with Product Teams
- Team Support & Facilitation – internal 3-6 FTC & External Providers
- Stakeholder & Communication Management – across Product, Technology & Business
- Continuous Improvement – across Agile & Lean Delivery
JOB-RELATED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Experience of working in a software development – ideally in a SaaS or web-based application environment.
- Successful track record in delivering digital services to end-users and experience of working in fast-paced complex technical delivery environments.
- Experienced in working with both new and legacy systems, and in maintaining a complex matrix of products and services.
- Experience ideally in a highly regulated sector.
- Familiar with agile and lean development methodologies and practices.
- Proven technical project management experience.
