We’re looking for a strategic, influential leader to head our Business Engagement function—driving digital service excellence, unlocking innovation, and steering major transformation across a sector that builds the country’s future.

This role will suit a collaborative project/programme leader who thrives on the business engagement element of the role. Knowledge of e-learning technology will be highly desirable.

Leadership Experience

• Significant experience leading business engagement, relationship management, or business partnering teams in technology environments
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Experience operating at senior leadership level, influencing executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and digital transformation

Technical & Business Acumen

• Qualified in IT service management, project delivery methodologies, and technology governance
• Experience developing strategies that bridge business objectives and technology capabilities
• Financial acumen including budget management, business case development, and value realization
• Knowledge of the construction, training, education, or related sectors
