IT Application Support Engineer to deliver high-quality 2nd/3rd line support across our critical business applications. You'll ensure systems run smoothly, manage upgrades, and drive improvements that support international business growth.

Key technologies you'll work with:

• Enterprise applications (ERP/CRM) and demonstrable knowledge of the full SDLC
• AWS and Oracle DB experience
• SQL databases & reporting tools (SSRS/Power BI or similar)
• System upgrades, patches & integrations (APIs, Middleware)
• Microsoft 365 & SharePoint
• ITIL-based service management and security best practices

What you'll do:

• Provide expert application support and incident resolution
• Manage system changes, patches, and integrations
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to optimise systems
• Uphold data protection, information security, and compliance standards

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience supporting enterprise applications and databases
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Hands-on with reporting and data analysis tools
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to London
