About the Employer
JAMES FISHER AND SONS PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY
Cattedown Wharves is a commercial port handling bulk dry cargoes (animal feed, aggregates and clay) and fuels.
We are part of James Fisher PLC, but feel like a small family-owned business due to having only 13 members of staff employed on the site.
We have an office team of 4 people (inc apprentice), a weighbridge operator, 3 security guards and the remaining team members are all Port Operatives, working on the quay loading/unloading ships and lorries, handling dry cargoes and mooring vessels.
