Location: London (NW6 – Office Based)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + OTE £60,000 uncapped

A rapidly growing technology-led logistics company is looking for a New Business Account Manager to join their expanding London team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with sales, account management, or client relationship experience who wants to join a fast-scaling business with excellent progression opportunities.
You’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing key client relationships, and supporting partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to activation.
The RoleAs a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in both business development and account management, working closely with clients, drivers, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term partnerships.
You will act as a key point of contact for partners and drivers, while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients
- Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities to expand services
- Act as the primary contact partner clients during onboarding
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of new platform features and updates
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline records within the CRM system
- Provide regular updates to partners throughout the onboarding process
- Occasionally visits to networking events and to help strengthen relationships
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal processes
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success
- Ideally experience within Logistics, Technology, Recruitment, or Transport sectors but will be flexible
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, motivated, and career-driven
- £30,000 – £35,000 base salary
- OTE £60,000 uncapped
