Digital Learning Design Apprentice
We are an established provider of technical training on topics related to water and environmental management. Our 10-strong Talent and Training team, based at our head office in Skipton, supports JBA technical experts across all stages of training development and delivery.
Role
Duties may include:
- Supporting our Senior Learning Designers with day-to-day tasks, including the administration of our digital learning library
- Assisting other team members with a range of learning and development responsibilities, including supporting delivery of face-to-face and virtual classroom courses
- Creating digital multi-media resources including videos and graphics, to support digital learning courses
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of JBA’s digital learning materials
Training
- Digital Learning Designer Apprenticeship Standard
- Apprenticeship training will be provided by SCCU Training
- We want our staff to reach their full potential and feel that their development is important to us
- Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, a structured training and development plan will be put in place to support further progression

- JBA supports agile working which provides for greater flexibility with the way that we work. The standard working week is Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
