Head of Marketing
Our client, a high-growth "clinic operations" SaaS platform - combining cloud-native architecture, AI-first workflows and enterprise-grade multi-site capability - are looking to appoint a Marketing leader to accelerate growth, reporting to the CEO.
Targeting both Enterprise and independant clinic groups, you are a versatile full-stack strategic marketer with a deeply data-driven mindset, obsessed with results. You will manage all marketing efforts aross a small, expert team of 5 (Performance, PMM, Brand, Events & Community, Demand Generation) scaling across multi-markets (UK, DE, US)

Responsibilities
- Build the inbound demand engine, whilst building out an effective ABM stategy (Enterprise)
- Build a partnerships capability to accelerate pipeline in new markets
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and the CEO to inform and drive growth strateg
- iesStrong brand and design sensibility - clear opinions on what good looks like, ownership-led approach to web and creative.
- Genuine AI fluency — you use leading models and tools daily, have built workflows or agents yourself, and have driven adoption across a team
Your recent experience includes
- Founding or near-founding marketer at a B2B SaaS business - you built the function from early stages and have seen £xxM in scale.
- Experience marketing a hard-to-implement product (ERP, vertical SaaS, healthcare, or operationally complex software) sold to mid-market & Enterprise buyers.
- Demonstrable pipeline and revenue growth across multiple geographic markets, ideally including the US and/or DACH
- Direct experience leading entry into a new geographic markets
- Reporting directly to a CEO at exec/leadership team level
- Strong recent AI tooling examples - both in your personal output and in how your team operates
