Head of Sales
Our client is a Series A, AI-native workflow automation platform built for professional services firms, with leading fintech investors.
Since launching their AI-powered product at the end of 2025, they're experiencing significant market demand and are hiring the first Head of Sales to realise their commercial opportunity; managing, closing and scaling the GTM engine.
The role
This is a hands-on leadership role in a category primed for disruption. You’ll lead from the front—winning deals yourself while building and coaching a high-performing team of AEs.
You won’t be selling against resistance; you’ll be harnessing clear market pull.
Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you’ll shape go-to-market strategy and influence product, marketing, and customer success to refine positioning, accelerate pipeline, and increase deal velocity.

You must have;
- Experience selling SaaS into UK professional services, or adjacent workflow or practice management tools
- Experience at a Series A-B SaaS company, with consistent, proven high performance
- Have managed a team of at least two AEs or SDRs and also, personally close deals
