AI Algorithm Engineer – Global E-commerce
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionateAI Algorithm Engineerto join our global e-commerce team in London. In this role, you will be at the forefront of applying cutting‐edge AI technologies – including AI Agents and AIGC – to solve real‐world challenges across multiple languages and countries. You will help us build intelligent, automated solutions that enrich product content, power automated marketing operations, and deliver a superior shopping experience for users worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Drive AI Agent Adoption in Global E‐commerce
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of AI Agent technologies in diverse, multi‐lingual, cross‐border scenarios to enhance operational efficiency and user engagement.
- Build AI‐powered Automation and Intelligence
- Develop automated, intelligent capabilities for the overseas e‐commerce landscape, with a focus on building robust automated marketing and operations solutions.
- Enrich Product Content with AIGC
- Leverage generative AI (e.g., AIGC) to augment and refine product information, ensuring that users receive more accurate, detailed, and engaging product details across all markets.
About You
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, withat least 1 year of hands‐on experiencein large language model (LLM) research and development.
- Solid understanding of common machine learning models, includingDiffusion Models and Transformers, and proven proficiency with deep learning frameworks such asTensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong foundation indata structures and algorithms, with excellent programming skills inPython or C++.
- Demonstrated track record of outstanding achievement, such aswinning international competitionsorpublishing papersin top‐tier conferences and journals, including ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, AAAI, IJCAI, KDD, WebConf, etc.
