Product Manager - Second-hand & Refurbishment Platform

We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead Joybuy’s Second-hand & Refurbishment Platform across Europe. This role will drive the strategy, design, and execution of our recommerce business — building a sustainable and competitive ecosystem that integrates supply chain, sales, and user experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong product acumen and operational expertise in e-commerce or circular economy models.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Joybuy’s second-hand and refurbishment business, including platform design, product roadmap, and continuous optimisation.
• Develop and launch product and service offerings based on market research and European consumer trends, with a focus on sustainability and quality.
• Oversee post-launch operations , including procurement, supply chain coordination, sales collaboration, and promotional planning.
• Monitor business performance metrics , identify growth opportunities, and implement initiatives to enhance conversion, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams — commercial, supply chain, marketing, and customer service — to ensure seamless execution and iteration.
• Gather insights from users and partners to strengthen Joybuy’s recommerce value chain and market differentiation.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in recommerce, refurbishment, second-hand trading , or supply chain management , ideally within consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong understanding of European e-commerce platform operations and circular economy dynamics.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on product management mindset and ownership over business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
• Data-driven, results-oriented , and adaptable to a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
