Administrative Assistant
What is the position? JEGI LEONIS seeks to hire an Administrative Assistant to join its team in London.
JEGI LEONIS is a leading M&A advisory firm focused on the global technology, software, media, and business services sectors. The firm advises founders, financial sponsors, and multinational corporations on a wide range of strategic transactions. The London office works closely with senior executives, investors, and global clients across a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
This role will provide direct administrative and organizational support to senior bankers and play an important role in ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day activities across the London office.
This is a highly collaborative role based in London, with a minimum expectation of four days per week in the office. The anticipated start date for the position is August or September 2026.
Primary Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant at JEGI LEONIS is responsible for supporting senior professionals across a range of administrative, organizational, and coordination activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones, including internal meetings, client calls, and travel coordination
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Supporting meeting preparation and logistics, including conference room coordination, catering, materials preparation, and video conferencing setup
- Assisting with the preparation, formatting, and distribution of presentations, documents, and other business materials
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and processing expenses
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times
- Greeting clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience within the office
- Managing office logistics and day-to-day coordination, including deliveries, supplies, meeting room readiness, and general office administration
- Supporting the overall operation and presentation of the office environment, helping ensure the smooth running of daily activities across the team
- Supporting broader office coordination, facilities, and operational initiatives as needed across the London team
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative support related to client engagement, recruiting, events, and team activities

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an executive assistant, administrative, office coordination, or related support role
- Prior experience within investment banking, financial services, professional services, consulting, private equity, or similarly fast-paced environments is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, in-office environment
Expected Compensation : Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
