Data Privacy Lawyer

Interim Data Privacy Lawyer | Remote | £600 to £800 per day

I am looking for an experienced Data Privacy Lawyer to step into an interim role supporting a fast growing technology focused legal team.

This role involves advising a portfolio of high growth tech businesses and scale ups on practical privacy issues as they build and launch products across multiple jurisdictions.

It is a hands on advisory role working closely with founders, product teams and in house stakeholders rather than purely compliance work.

Typical work will include

• GDPR advisory and privacy strategy

• Data Processing Agreements and privacy documentation

• International data transfers

• DPIAs, DSARs and breach response

• Privacy input on commercial and technology contracts

• AI and data driven product issues

Contract details

• Ongoing interim assignment

• Ideally full time

• Remote working

• £600 to £800 per day depending on experience

• Immediate or short notice start preferred

This would suit a privacy lawyer with strong practical experience who enjoys working closely with innovative businesses and advising on real world data issues.
