Product Support Specialist

JHE & Partners are excited to be partnering with a thriving business in the North West of Leeds, offering a permanent position. This role is vital in delivering outstanding technical and commercial support to both valued customers and internal teams.

You will be responsible for providing expert product advice, developing customised training, and keeping up-to-date with the latest product developments. You'll also play a crucial role in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues while offering solutions that align with my client’s core values. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role is required, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Working hours are from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 45-minute lunch break. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical and commercial support to customers via phone and email.

• Develop and deliver tailored product training to both customers and internal teams.

• Regularly update and maintain product information in the CRM system.

• Identify and report quality issues, collaborating with the Quality Manager to resolve them.

• Stay current with my client’s motors and controls through collaboration with relevant business units.

• Help keep the E-shop updated with accurate product details and documentation.

• Provide technical support to the Regional Sales team to assist with customer inquiries.

• Communicate effectively with customers at all levels across various channels.

• Be proficient with IT systems, including CRM platforms like Salesforce.
