Job Title: Enterprise Architect – Retail / Manufacturing

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Retail and/or Manufacturing industries to drive strategic architecture initiatives, large transformation programs, and solution consulting across key accounts in the US market.

The role will partner closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, delivery leaders, and solution groups to design scalable, technology-driven enterprise solutions aligned with customer business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of architecture leadership, domain expertise, consulting capability, and customer-facing engagement experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Solution Architecture

  • Lead architecture and solution design for large-scale digital transformation initiatives across Retail and Manufacturing clients
  • Define enterprise architecture blueprints covering Applications, Data, Cloud, AI, Integration, and Security layers
  • Design scalable, resilient, and future-ready technology solutions aligned with business priorities
  • Ensure architecture governance, best practices, and standards compliance

2. Industry-Focused Consulting

  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand business challenges across Retail and/or Manufacturing value chains
  • Provide strategic technology advisory for areas such as:
  • Supply Chain Transformation
  • Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0
  • Omnichannel Commerce
  • Retail Operations Modernization
  • Customer Experience Transformation
  • Data & AI-led decision intelligence
  • Translate business requirements into practical enterprise architecture roadmaps

3. Strategic Deal Support & Pre-Sales

  • Support large deal pursuits, RFPs, RFIs, workshops, and proactive proposals
  • Define solution strategy, architecture differentiators, and transformation roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to build compelling value propositions
  • Participate in executive presentations, solution discussions, and architecture reviews

4. Technology Leadership

  • Drive architecture across Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Digital Engineering, and Enterprise Platforms
  • Recommend optimal technology stacks and modernization approaches
  • Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure architectural feasibility and execution alignment
  • Support adoption of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures

5. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between Business, Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams
  • Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from solutioning to execution
  • Mentor architects and technical teams on enterprise architecture best practices
  • Work closely with leadership on strategic accounts and transformation initiatives

6. Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Stay updated on emerging trends in Retail, Manufacturing, AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation
  • Contribute to industry-specific offerings, POVs, whitepapers, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and solution differentiation
  • Drive architecture-led transformation conversations with clients

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
  • 12–18 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Digital Transformation
  • Strong experience working with Retail and/or Manufacturing clients
  • Proven expertise in designing enterprise-scale technology solutions
  • Experience supporting large transformation programs and strategic deals
  • Strong understanding of global delivery models and US market engagements
