Senior Project Manager - £500 - £550pd – Umbrella Rate

JNC are working with a consultancy client in London that are looking for a Senior Project Manager for an urgent 3 month project.

The Project Manager will work on a programme of work that has come to life through the clients acquisition of a new business that they need to integrate into their fold.

We can only consider Project Managers that have previous merger, acquisition, integration and transition project experience.

We are not looking for ’technical’ specialist Project Manager. Ideally we need a good generalist Project Manager that has some technical experience as they will be combining 2 technical landscapes together.

There will be lots of governance work to be undertaken, as well as documentation, stakeholder engagement and the presentations associated with this.

First 2 week will be office based then hybrid working with one day a week in the West London office.

Due to the urgent nature I can only consider people who are available immediately or very soon.

Experience:

• Over 5 years Project Management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
• Must have experience with Mergers and Acquisitions and or integrations and transition.
• Experience with structured governance for merger integrations.
