Senior Data Manager (City of London)

Data Manager/Engineer – London - £500 pd – Hybrid Working

Duration: 6 months +

JNC are working with a growing organisation in London that are looking to bring on a technically hands on Data Manager/Engineer on a contract basis.

Initially the focus will be to manage and support their data migration into a new ERP system.

Then to oversee the ongoing development and maintenance of their data platforms which will focus on systems feeding into Azure Fabric and their cloud-hosted data warehouse.

This is a hybrid role which will require candidates to be able to travel to the office 3 times a month.

Experience:

• In depth Data Engineering knowledge and experience.
• Extensive experience with unified data infrastructures
• Strong hands on skills with MS SQL Server (Admin + T-SQL)
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure. Including Azure Fabric and Azure Tenants.
• Ideally experience with Azure Fabric development & support.
• Must have relevant experience working on data migration projects as well as with API and system integrations.
• Experience working with Python for data processing.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (SSIS)
• Understanding and experience with data pipelines and data warehouse architecture.
• PowerShell Scripting skills.
