Senior Oracle Consultant - OTL/Payroll - Remote - £70-80,000 per annum

We are currently supporting a reputable consultancy that is actively recruiting for a Senior Oracle Consultant to join them on a permanent basis.

The role will be focused on OTL (On Time Learning) and Payroll modules of Oracle Cloud. You will be acting as a stream lead on multiple client projects, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing technical expertise.

Please note that successful candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance.

This is a primarily remote role which will involve some travel to client sites.

Key skills and experience required:

• Extensive experience working as an Oracle Consultant
• Technical skills and knowledge of OTL and Payroll modules
• Experienced designing and configuring within Oracle Cloud Absence Management
• The ability to write fast formulas from scratch, ie beyond modifying existing code
• Detailed knowledge of legislative requirements with regards to payroll, such as PAYE, NI, Pensions Automatic Enrolment etc.
• Experience in a consultancy environment, working with multiple clients and projects
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders
• Commercially aware with the ability to present to clients
