IT Support Apprentice
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a IT systems and Networking - Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include Respond to either first line support or end user software or hardware queries via email, phone, or face to face.
Role
- Work with the UK IT Manager and wider support team to ensure any recurring technical issues are addressed and any training or documentation requirements are identified and implemented.
- Update the ticketing system, ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly and accurately.
- Liaise closely with business and 3rd party solution providers.
- Support bespoke applications specific to manufacturing
- Assist with Implementing, configuring, and testing feasible solutions.
- Other duties as required

- Once achieved apprenticeship the right candidate could be promoted into 3rd & 4th line support as well as having the opportunity to further develop with more qualifications.
