As an Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office, you will support the day-to-day operations, governance, and business management of LLM Suite, our flagship GenAI application. You will work closely with product, engineering, and risk stakeholders to ensure LLM Suite operates reliably and responsibly. This role offers you the chance to manage multiple workstreams, improve processes, and operate in a fast-moving technology environment. You will be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Support release coordination activities, including tracking milestones, dependencies, approvals, communications, and open risks.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong experience in business management, operations, project management, risk and controls, tech governance, product ops, or a related role, with a Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI/ML, and technology management processes, or experience with innovative technologies such as AI, Cloud services, and Digital Products.
