JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our product design team and help deliver the next generation of digital product experiences for JPMorganChase's Global Banking organization.

As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for products that deliver high-value enterprise capabilities across multiple business functions.

You'll work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, partnering closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to create elegant solutions for highly complex business problems.

The products you craft will be forward-thinking, refined, usable, and relevant to the organization's holistic end-to-end value streams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead product design initiatives, developing a deep understanding of the problem space, business needs, and user goals to achieve positive outcomes

Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams across local and global locations - including designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, users, and finance SMEs.Collaborate on generative and evaluative research studiesCreate concepts, prototypes, storyboards, and presentations to communicate product visionDefine detailed designs and specifications for complex workflows and interactionsEnhance and leverage the organization's design system for cohesive experiencesDemonstrate thought leadership in best practices and quality improvement

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience working with complex data across multiple platforms (websites, mobile apps, products)

Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally using storytellingExperience designing digital products and services for enterprise solutionsProficiency in methodologies for concepting, storyboarding, and prototypingExperience applying design systems such as Google's Material DesignBachelor's degree or higher in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fieldsPortfolio and case studies demonstrating design experience (link(s) required in resume)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience designing AI-enabled solutions and incorporating artificial intelligence into your process

Familiarity with financial terminologyKnowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and WCAGWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
