JOB DESCRIPTION

Bring your expertise to shape and enhance the journey of products from inception to our customers' hands. Mentor a dedicated team and lead key activities across the product life cycle, turning challenges into opportunities for continuous value and delivery.

As a Product Delivery Director in the Reconciliations Transformation Team, you foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers.

Job responsibilities

  • Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsMaintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Deep understating of Securities Services as a Business, including products, business flows & client base.
Understanding of Reconciliations Processes end to end and how they apply to Securities Services ProductsExperience in driving investment based on benefits using a Data driven approach and OKRsExperience with Automation Tools such as Alteryx, UI Path to introduce efficiency and scale to the Reconciliations ProcessesExperience with AI / LM tools and LLM use cases to streamline STP for ReconciliationsSignificant experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExtensive experience leading operational management and change readinessAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsAbility to build long lasting relationships across disciplines, understanding how the Product Delivery roles fits into the overall delivery: Technology, Product, Operations, AI Research, Sales, Transformation.Proven track record of delivery of large scale & complex transformation projects & programs Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work and report progress to senior stakeholders and to simplify complex messages into digestible insights

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Understanding of Reconciliations in the wider CIB is a plus in order to identify opportunities for standardization of processes across Securities Services, Markets & Payments
Operations Leadership in the Reconciliations space is highly desirableTechnology Experience / practical technical knowledge of reconciliations is desirableProduct Owner qualifications are desirableRecognized thought leader within a related fieldEffective in giving and receiving feedbackFinance background to support consolidation of Cost to Serve Models and realization / tracking of benefits.
