You will lead high-impact initiatives, partner with executive leadership, and ensure our frameworks meet the highest standards of compliance and resilience. Your leadership will drive innovation, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll inspire teams and help us navigate the evolving technology landscape.Job Responsibilities:Define and execute the strategic vision for technology risk and controlsLead firmwide initiatives to enhance risk management frameworks and practicesAdvise executive leadership on emerging risks and regulatory changesOversee compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry standardsFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersGuide the development of advanced analytics and reporting for risk managementMentor and develop senior leaders and teamsRepresent the firm in industry forums and regulatory engagementsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Extensive leadership experience in technology risk management or a related fieldProven ability to set and execute strategic directionDeep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standardsExceptional communication and executive presenceExperience leading large, global teams in a matrixed environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExpertise with risk management tools and advanced analyticsAbility to influence and drive change at all organizational levelsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Advanced degree or executive certification in risk management or related disciplineExperience in financial services or a highly regulated industryTrack record of innovation and transformation in risk managementParticipation in industry forums or regulatory working groupsRecognition as a thought leader in technology risk and controlsJ.P.
