Backend SWE (Python/C++)
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++, with the ability to build reliable, production-grade systems in both/either
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience working with complex software systems, especially those involving data processing, ML, or distributed components
- Solid understanding of ML evaluation techniques, metrics, and trade-offs
- Experience building automation scripts, evaluation dashboards, or pipeline components
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and breaking down open-ended problems
