Junior Project Manager
Our client, a growing technical services company is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their dynamic operations team based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative or coordination experience who’s eager to develop in a project management role.
As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of client projects—from post-sale planning through to installation and completion. You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to coordinate timelines, manage documentation, and help drive projects forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project and Installations Managers in coordinating project delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange timely delivery of equipment to client sites.
- Schedule and manage site surveys, installations, and engineer logistics.
- Prepare and distribute Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Book travel and accommodation for installation teams.
- Update and maintain project information using a CRM system.
- Create post-installation reports with technical documentation and images.
- Provide admin support including invoicing, bonus statements, and communication.
- Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in reviewing site survey data for pre- and post-sale activity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to quickly learn CRM systems (experience with JobLogic is a plus).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- A genuine interest in building a career as a Junior Project Manager in a technical or service-led industry.
What You’ll Get:
- Salary of £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.
