Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join JSP Safety and play a key role in improving how our business processes and systems operate.
This is a hands‐on role working across the business and IT, focused on understanding how we work today, documenting processes, and helping shape how we improve and standardise them going forward.
About the RoleAs our IT Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to:
- Analyse and document end‐to‐end business processes and system usage
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Define clear, structured business requirements for system changes
- Support system enhancements, implementations, and continuous improvement
- Ensure changes are well‐understood, tested, and ready for adoption
- Work on a variety of topics, from BAU activities to transformational change projects
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an IT or systems environment
- Strong process analysis and documentation skills
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable outputs
- Understanding of business systems and how they support operational processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
