Technical Delivery Manager

Technology Delivery Manager - Insurance / Reinsurance - London / Hybrid

We're working with a growing (re)insurance business that's investing heavily in technology and data to drive its next phase of growth. They're looking for a Technology Delivery Manager to join the team and take ownership of delivering key technology initiatives across the enterprise.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment-ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, turning ideas into real outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end delivery across multiple technology workstreams.
• Running agile ceremonies, shaping delivery roadmaps, and managing dependencies.
• Coordinating vendors and internal teams to ensure quality, timely delivery.
• Partnering with business stakeholders across underwriting, claims, finance, and operations to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Driving continuous improvement through automation, workflow optimisation, and data quality initiatives.
• Supporting governance and compliance across data integrity, security, and regulatory frameworks.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in technology delivery, ideally within insurance/reinsurance/specialty
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with both in-house development and third-party integrations.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and cloud/SaaS architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A commercial mindset-connecting tech delivery to business value.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Exposure to Data Warehouse implementation or AI/ML initiatives.
• Familiarity with market initiatives (ACORD standards, bordereaux management, etc.).
