Key Responsibilities
- Lead the change management strategy for a large-scale S/4HANA implementation.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Develop and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans.
- Identify and mitigate change risks, ensuring business readiness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change impacts and benefits.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Change Lead on complex ERP programmes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on business processes.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-functional environments.
