About the Role:

Lead ERP, Finance Systems, and DMS projects across multiple regions. Ensure the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to align project outcomes with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans; proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead project tracking meetings, monitor progress, and manage the project backlog.
• Oversee stakeholder communications, reporting, and change control processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing global IT and Finance Systems projects.
• Strong SAP Project Management experience across multiple modules preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate or similar methodologies.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, change management, governance, and reporting.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations.
