Job Overview:

Leading Insurer who are looking for a Change Delivery Lead to manage the change team. The role will involve:

• Direct management of a team of 7 (BA and PMs)
• Establishing governance and improving project methodology
• Senior stakeholder engagement and working between the Exec and the Change team
• Strategic overview of the portfolio of transformation (business and tech change)

The role is hybrid working , based in Gloucester one day a week and the rest remote. The role is offering a lucrative base salary and package and part of a established by growing company.
