Change Manager

I’m helping a leading Insurance Broker find a Change Manager to work on a major digital transformation surrounding a new broking platform being rolled out across Europe and America. This is a business transformation role and they are looking for someone to lead the stakeholder management, change communications, training and change adoption.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Change Manager who has worked on complex global programmes and within the Insurance market.

This role is for an initial 6 months, on a lucrative day rate and hybrid working between London and remote.
